On September 30th, 2026, around 12:03 a.m., NLCRPD observed a vehicle code violation and stopped the vehicle in the 5500 block of Main Street, East Petersburg Borough, PA.  Officers made contact with the driver, who was identified as Sean Andrew Ward, a 35-year-old resident of Manheim, PA.  During contact with Ward, officers believed he was intoxicated and began a DUI investigation.  During the investigation, officers obtained a breath sample showing a BAC of .135%.  As a result of the stop, officers filed two DUI counts before MDJ Chudzik.
