On August 23rd, 2026 NLCRPD Officers were conducting a traffic detail in the 800 block of Lancaster Road Penn Township, PA.  During the detail, officers stopped a vehicle and identified the driver as Renee Thies Felicia, a 65-year-old from Manheim, PA.  During contact with Thies, officers believed she was impaired and began a DUI investigation.  During that investigation, a blood sample was obtained.  The results of that sample showed THC in her system.  As a result of the stop, Felicia Renee Thies was charged with two counts of DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia.  The charges are before MDJ Stauffer.
