On September 3rd, 2026, NLCRPD received a report of stalking that had been occurring over a 2-year period.  It was reported that John Christopher Hall Jr., a 53-year-old from Ephrata, PA, had been texting, calling, writing letters, and showing up in person where the victim was located.  These instances occurred after he was told not to have contact with the victim.  As a result of the incident, John Christopher Hall Jr. was charged with Stalking, Harassment by Communication, and Impersonating a Public Servant.  The charges were filed before MDJ Stauffer.
