Allowing a dog to roam at large in Mount Joy Borough is a violation of Ordinance §92.18 Animals Running at Large.  If the Police Department picks up the dog or is dropped off at the office and the owner is not located immediately, a photograph of the dog will be posted on this page and updated regularly.  The owner of the dog may be subject to fees as outlined in Ordinance §92.18, to include Seizure, Boarding and Miscellaneous.
