Indirect Criminal Contempt Arrest, September 5, 2026, Roseville Rd at Fruitville Pk (MT) – Austin Dean Hoffman, M/29, of Columbia, PA, was charged with the above offense following a vehicle stop by an officer. The driver and passenger of the vehicle were identified. The passenger was Austin Hoffman. A PFA order issued against Hoffman prohibits him from having contact with the driver. Based on the above facts and circumstances, the officer requested Hoffman to be arraigned on one count of Indirect Criminal Contempt.

A criminal complaint was filed on September 6, 2026.  Austin Dean Hoffman was taken into custody and committed to Lancaster County Prison.
