Ephrata Police arrested two juvenile females from Ephrata after catching them writing various phrases on the Oak Street bridge railing with permanent markers.  

Incident occurred on 07-28-15 at approximately 5:50pm when police found the females on the bridge which goes over the Cocalico Creek in the area of Oak and Queen Streets in Ephrata Borough.  

Both females were turned over to their parent and will be petitioned to the Ephrata Youth Aid Panel for the offense of Criminal Mischief.    Railing was cleaned by the Borough at an estimated expense of $50.00.
