Ephrata Police are investigating the theft of two white enclosed trailers from an Ephrata construction company in the 400 block of Church Ave., Ephrata over the last six months.  The company reported the first enclosed trailer taken on Aug. 17th, 2021 and subsequently reported a second smaller enclosed trailer taken on Feb., 16th, 2022.   The first trailer, a white 28ft. 2001 Haulmark Edge tandem axle racing trailer with a metal roof rack was displaying a PA registration; XME-6411 and valued at approx. $9000.00.  The second enclosed trailer is a white 16ft 2005 Featherlite with a custom aluminum ladder rack displaying PA reg.; XCV-6550 and valued at approx. $8000.00.  This second trailer contained several pieces of equipment valued at approx. $5500.00.
