Ephrata Police were called to the first block of East Mohler Church Road for a vehicle accident involving one vehicle off the roadway into a ditch.  

Ephrata Police found a black sedan skidded off the roadway at a sharp bend in the roadway and struck a tree.   The driver reported he lost control on the wet roadway and couldn't bring vehicle to a stop before the hard corner.   Driver, Travis Byers M/20 of Reinholds, PA was not injured and his vehicle was towed from the scene.  
Byers to be sent a traffic citation for driving too fast for conditions.
