Daniel Pate M/35 LKA: 100 Block of Washington Ave, Ephrata was arrested early Friday morning 10-23-16 at approximately 0230hrs after a resident at the Keystone Villa in Ephrata (100 Block of N. State St, Ephrata Borough) notified the night staff of a male in the main dining room acting strange.    

Keystone Villa called police after locating the male in a first floor hallway stumbling around apparently not aware of his surroundings.   Night staff was unaware that Pate gained access, by unknown means, to the building and was wondering around for approximately ten minutes, before he was discovered by the resident who notified staff.      Ephrata Police arrived to find Daniel Pate inside the building stumbling about incoherent and mumbling to himself.

Pate was arrested for Public Drunkenness and Trespassing as well as taken to Wellspan Ephrata Hospital for treatment.
