The Halloween Parade will take place on Thursday, October 26th. The parade will begin at 10th St. and Manor St. at 7PM. Traffic and parking will be impacted along the parade route. Signs have been put up where parking will be restricted along the parade route. If you live or work along the parade route please check to make a sure there are no signs in your area. The parade route will be west on Manor St. from 10th St. to 4th St. North on 4th St. to Union St. West on Union St. to 2nd St. North on 2nd to Locust St. and east on Locust St. to 6th St.

The parking and traffic restrictions will be in place from 6PM to 10PM. Traffic on Rt. 462 will also be impacted during this time.
