On 4/18/20 at approximately 3:48pm the Columbia Borough Police Department was notified that two packages had been stolen off of a porch in the 100 block of Commerce Street.  The resident received a delivery confirmation for the packages showing they were delivered on 4/17/20.  The resident was later walking in the 100 block of Walnut Street where she found one of the envelopes, which had been opened and the contents missing.  She later returned to the same area and found the other package, also opened, in a trash can.  The total of the two items is $80.  Anyone with information regarding this incident is encouraged to contact the Columbia Borough Police Department at 717-684-7735 or by texting LANCS to 847411.
