On 8/25/19 at approximately 9:31 pm the Columbia Borough Police Department was dispatched to the first block of Devonshire Place for suspicious activity not in progress.  Upon arrival the officer spoke with the caller who stated that he noticed, after returning home from a trip, that both his kitchen window and garage window were broken.
