Arrests

On 8/19/26, CPD arrested Thomas Printz for Criminal Trespass after he was found on the property of Southgate Mall.  Printz was previously served a no trespass letter earlier in the day for this property.   

Shawn A. Rohrer, Chambersburg, has been charged with one count each of burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking, possessing instruments of a crime and loitering and prowling at night after several items were reported stolen on June 21 at 9:48 a.m. on N. Broad Street.

Anjelique Hilburn-Carrillo, Boonsboro, Maryland, has been charged with one count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop was conducted on June 15 at 9:28 p.m. on S. Church Street.

Jerry L. Strouth, Waynesboro, has been charged with one count each of firearms not to be carried without a license, prohibited offensive weapons, possession of a controlled substance and three counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or a controlled substance after...

Justin E. Mongan, Hagerstown, Maryland, has been charged with one count of harassment after a fight occurred on May 8 at 9:14 p.m. on E. Fifth Street.
