Throughout the year, the Erie County District Attorney’s Office welcomes undergraduate and law students to work alongside the attorneys and detectives in the office. 

To apply, email a letter of interest and your resume to First ADA Jess Reger at jreger@eriecountypa.gov. Please include a subject heading indicating that the email is an internship application, the name of the applicant, and which semester the application is for. 

Deadlines for applications for upcoming semesters are as follows: 

• October 31, 2025 for Spring 2026
• January 30, 2026 for Summer 2026
• July 3, 2026 for Fall 2026

Applications are accepted beginning 3 months before the deadline.
