On Tuesday September 29, 2026, Shippensburg Police responded to a call for a lost pitbull puppy. The dog was found roaming the area of East Orange Street and South Queen Street Shippensburg Borough. The dog was transported and remains at Cumberland Valley Animal Shelter.
