On January 10, 2023, Defendant Austin Holler appeared before the Honorable Judge Brewbaker for sentencing, after having pled guilty to Rape, a Felony in the First Degree. Holler was sentenced to a state prison sentence of 6-12 years, followed by a consecutive term of 3 years supervised probation. As part of his sentence, Holler will be required to register as a Sex Offender for the remainder of his life.

The charges were brought last summer by the Carlisle Borough Police Department, after learning that Holler had forced the victim to engage in sexual intercourse with him against her will, while at Letort Park in Carlisle.
