Mission
To litigate all appeals resulting from criminal cases in Cumberland County in both state and federal courts.

Core Activities

• Research and respond to all appeals filed by criminal defendants.
• File appeals on behalf of the Commonwealth as directed by the District Attorney.
• Litigate all civil forfeiture appeals.
• Litigate all appeals in common pleas court resulting from summary convictions at the Magisterial District Judge level.
• Select, train and supervise all law clerks and legal interns.
