On Wednesday March 23, 2022 at or about 1350 hours the Camp Hill Police Department was dispatched to the Santander Bank located at 168 S.32nd Street for an active fraud incident.  Officers responded and located a male who was  trying to withdraw money using a photo identification and bank card that did not belong to him. This resulted in a 63 year old male with a New Milford Connecticut address being arrested and charged with Access Device Fraud.
