From Sunday, August 16 to Sunday, August 23, East 2nd Street will be one-way from Spruce Street to Penn Street from approximately 7am to 6pm for student move in.

Traffic will only be permitted to travel westbound during these hours. 

Please use extra caution during this time as there will be high pedestrian and vehicle traffic.
