Downtown Zone Permit Parking

JANUARY - JUNE 2026 PERMIT SALE DATES:  
Zone Permits are now available to anyone without restrictions of residence.  Zones B, H and J are still available.  Must have Driver's License and Registration.
 
Current Permit Holders:  January 5, 2026 (MUST BRING OLD PERMIT WITH YOU)
New Permit Holders:      January 12, 2026
Location:  Town Hall   301 E Second Street
Mon - Thurs 7:30 am - 4:00 pm (Closed 12:30-1:00)            Friday 7:30 - 1:00 pm
Zone Parking Permits are available for persons living or working in the Downtown area.  

Downtown Residents:

--Must show proof of residency, their vehicle registration, and Photo ID at time of purchase.

Downtown Employees must bring in their vehicle registration and Photo ID.

Current Permit Holders must also show their old permit as well.

            --Students must be present to get their permits.

            --Only one permit issued per person.

            --Downtown Parking Permits are sold as ZONES.

            --Zone Permits are sold on a first come /first served basis.

            --You will only be allowed to park in the Zone purchased.

            --Permits are valid for 6 months. (January – June and July – December)

            --Permits go on sale in January and July each year.

            --Permit Zones will be strictly enforced during meter enforcement hours 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Saturday.

Zone B – ($150)  Lightstreet  Road and North Street.

Zone C – ($210) Diner Lot

Zone D – ($210) East Pine Avenue Lot  

Zone E – ($210) Pine Avenue Lot  

Zone F – ($150) Employee Lot (next to St. Columba School)

Zone G – ($210) Library Lot

Zone H – ($175) North Market Street

Zone I – ($175) West Pine Avenue Lot (behind Post Office)

Zone J – ($100) Hoppes Lot
