If you need help at the parking garage gates Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, please press the Help button on the screen.
If you need help at the parking garage gates after hours, on weekends, or on holidays, please call 610-268-3171 to speak with a police dispatcher to request an officer be dispatched to the parking garage at 100 E. Linden Street, Kennett Square Borough.
If you believe your Parking Ticket was issued in error, the attached form must be filed with the Police Department at 600 S. Broad Street, Suite 100, Kennett Square, PA 19348, within ten (10) days of the ticket date.
Parking Meters:
Parking meters are enforced Monday through Saturday, except on Federal Holidays, from 9 AM to 5 PM. The Parking Rate is 25 cents for 15 minutes. Tokens and Smart Cards can be purchased at the Police Department Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Parking at meters can also be paid through the Passport Parking mobile application available in your cell phone’s app store, or via the Passport Parking website listed on the meters (PPPRK.com). Your license plate number, zone number noted on the sign or meter decal, and credit card information are required.
Parking tickets can be paid online here by entering your parking citation number on the form on the link. Please be aware that handwritten citations may not be available for online pay until our administration staff manually enters them. Ticket payments can also be made in person at 600 S. Broad Street, Suite 100, Kennett Square, or by calling 610-444-0501 option 4.

(24 hours a day, 7 days a week)
First Hour: $2
Each Additional Hour: $1
Lost Ticket Fee: $25
Drivers are allowed a 15-minute grace period after entry to exit without charge.
Patrons can pay by credit card or cash at the exit gate, or via a smartphone using the QR code on the ticket collected at the entry gate.
Payments through the Passport Parking application are NOT valid for the parking garage.

Residential Parking Permits:
Residential Parking permit areas are enforced Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Each residence may receive two (2) parking permits free of charge. There is a $20 fee for each additional residential parking permit issued after the first two. Attached is a copy of the residential parking permit application. This application is also available in the Borough Building lobby. Police Administration is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM to issue your residential parking permits.
The residential parking permit area is designated as follows:
(1) Center Street from Cypress Street to Mulberry Street.
(2) Meredith Street from State Street to Cypress Street.
(3) Meredith Street from Magnolia Street to Mulberry Street.
(4) North Lincoln Street, west side beginning approximately ninety-five (95) feet North of State Street and extending to a point approximately twenty-five (25) feet South of West Linden Street.
(5) Scarlett Avenue, the entire length.
(6) Mason Avenue, the entire length.
(7) Oak Avenue, from South Union Street to Meredith Street.
(8) Ridge Avenue, from South Union Street to Meredith Street.
(9) 200 and 300 Blocks of East Linden Street to East Maple Street.
(10) North Broad Street, from Linden Street north to Sickle Street.
(11) Birch Street, south side, from the intersecting curb lines at South Walnut Street two hundred twenty (220) feet to the west.
(12) Dalmatian Lane, east side, from point one hundred five feet south of the intersecting curb line with East Cypress Street to a point two hundred sixty-five feet south of the same intersecting curb line.
(13) Center Street, between Scarlett Avenue and Ridge Avenue.
(14) South Broad Street, between East Cedar Street and East South Street.
(15) West Linden Street, from Union Street west to Maiden Lane.
(16) East Maple Street, north side from Elm Alley to North Broad Street.
(17) Mulberry Street, from Lafayette Street to Washington Street.
