On February 4, 2021, it was reported to KSPD that an unknown subject stole mail from 215 S Garfield Street. The victim provided video surveillance of the suspect committing the crime. He appears to be a white/non-Hispanic/male in his mid to late 40s. He is wearing a beanie style hat and has darker hair. He is wearing a winter coat and button up shirt. He arrived and left in a dark colored unknown make/model sedan. 

The owner of the residence recently passed away and was involved in the resale/flee market community. Despite two recent arrests at this residence for burglary for two separate incidents, it continues to be targeted by what we believe to be the victim's prior associates.
