The annual permit fee shall entitle the permit holder to unlimited actual alarm calls and three (3) false alarm calls per year. Each false alarm call after the three (3) and up to five (5) in any given annual permit period requires the payment of a fee of $50.00. Any false alarms after a total of five (5) within a one-year period will carry a $100.00 fee.

Failure to comply could result in prosecution being filed with the district magistrate’s office for violation of Solebury Township False Alarm Ordinance pursuant to this vacation home registration service.
