Kelley D. Warner became Solebury Township's Chief of Police on July 10, 2024. Chief Warner started her career in 1989, with the Township of Abington Police Department located in suburban Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. While in Abington, Chief Warner worked in the Patrol, Investigations, and the Community Policing Divisions. She rose to the rank of Deputy Chief of Police before retiring in 2021 and joining the City of Harrisonburg Police Department, Virginia as their Chief of Police. Chief Warner has molded her career and life by serving the people within the community and the people with whom she works.
Chief Warner holds both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degree from West Chester University. She also attended the Northwestern University School of Police Staff and Command, Class #313; in addition, Chief Warner was selected to attend the F.B.I. National Academy, Session 274. Chief Warner also served as an instructor for Pennsylvania State University as well as the New Jersey Association of Chiefs of Police Command and Leadership Training Program.
