The Pennridge Regional Police Department is committed to promoting transparency and expanding public access to incident reports and other departmental information. If you are interested in obtaining a copy of a police incident report or other police department records please complete the attached Right to Know request form. Please remember that some police department incidents and information are exempt under PA Right to Know Law. We have attached a copy of our Right To Know Policy to assist in you in the process.
The Pennridge Regional Police Department from time to time will receive requests for copies of officer's body worn camera video. As with Right to Know requests we are committed to providing body worn camera video when requested. To ease the process of obtaining body worn camera video you will find out department's policy in regard to our compliance with Pennsylvania Act 22, along with the necessary request form.
Once you complete the form you can submit it in person at our headquarters, by U.S. Mail or submit the form at this website by the submit a tip button or email at information@pennridgepd.org. It is recommended you keep a copy of your Right to Know form in case an appeal needs to be filed. Any questions regarding a Right to Know Request please contact our office.
