Just an update, an officer spoke with a worker this morning at the bridge project and was informed the project is ahead of schedule and the road should be opened as early as today, but no later than sometime next week.  Roadway lines are pained and guide rails are in place; handrails were currently being installed.  An inspection would need to be completed as well prior to the bridge/road being open.
