Patrol Officer First Class Kate Peffall was recognized and presented an Officer Citation of Commendation at the July 11^th Board of Supervisors meeting. The citation was presented for her dedication to duty in assisting neighboring agencies with taking three dangerous felons into custody. The subjects had committed car jackings, fled from police and were headed into the Township when Officer Peffall witnessed the stolen vehicle crash into an area business and the actors flee on foot. Officer Peffall was able to provide vital information and pursue the subjects who were eventually taken into custody before creating additional risk to Township residents. Job well done!
