On Wednesday, 10/06/21, New Britain Township Police hosted the Central Bucks Motor Carrier Enforcement Team detail, inspecting commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) along the US 202 Business corridor.  The detail produced the following results:

• 16 CMVs inspected
  • 3 CMVs inspected had NO violations
  • 13 CMVs inspected were found with violations
• 68 total violations discovered
• 5 CMVs placed OUT-OF-SERVICE for mechanical defects and securement violations
• 2 CMV drivers placed OUT-OF-SERVICE for failure to have a valid CDL license
• 14 traffic citations issued
• 54 traffic warnings issued
