On Wednesday, 08/12/26, NBTPD hosted the Central Bucks Motor Carrier Safety Enforcement Team to inspect commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) along the US 202 Business corridor, County Line Rd (SR2038), Bristol Rd (SR2025) and Upper State Rd (Local).

The detail produced the following results:

• 11 CMVs inspected
  
  • 3 had NO violations
  • 8 were found with violations
  • 64 total violations discovered - including 22 OUT-OF-SERVICE violations
• 6 CMVs placed OUT-OF-SERVICE for brake violations and loads securement violations
  
  • 1 was a hazmat tanker
• 4 CMV drivers placed OUT-OF-SERVICE for driving without a valid license and/or valid medical certificate
• 3 CMVs were found operating on a weight/size restricted roadway
• 2 CMVs were found operating overweight
• 18 traffic citations issued
• 46 traffic warnings issued
