On Thursday, April 9, 2026, the New Britain Township Police Department recently welcomed a group of kindergarten students from Plumstead Christian School for a special visit focused on learning and community connection. The young visitors enjoyed a guided tour of the police department, where they had the opportunity to see inside the building and learn about the daily work of police officers in a friendly and engaging environment.
During the visit, students were especially excited to get an up‑close look at police vehicles and hear how they are used to help keep the community safe. To help commemorate the day, each student received a police badge sticker to take home as a reminder of their visit. This is an annual event, and the department was happy to host the class and enjoyed sharing a positive and educational experience with the students.
