Institutional Vandalism

The Buckingham Township Police Department is currently investigating 3 cases of institutional vandalism against a single place of worship. The church has multiple wooden crosses and a sign speaking against abortion erected on its property along Route 413.

On three separate occasions unknown person(s) caused damage to the crosses and sign. The first incident occurred sometime between 10/3/2019 at 4:00pm and 10/4/2019 at 9:00 am. The second incident occurred on 10/12/2019 between 11:35 pm and 11:46 pm. Information was received that an unknown make and model pick up truck, and an unknown make and model sedan stopped in front of the crosses at 8:56 pm on the same date. They left when approached by an oncoming vehicle. It is unknown if they caused any damage at that time. The third incident occurred between 10/25/2019 at 4:00 pm and 10/27/19 at 8:00 am.
