Each solicitor must fill out an individual application

Must provide valid Drivers’ License or other valid photo ID

Submit their own criminal history (PA State Police website) https://epatch.state.pa.us/Home.jsp

Submissions are done during regular business hours with a 24-hour turnaround time period 

Application must then be approved by the Chief or Designee

After the 24-hour waiting period applicant will be called with the status and if approved can pick up Solicitor’s Permit, Ordinance and a Township map 

Pay a non-refundable application fee and soliciting fee (Check or Cash, NO Credit Cards) as per Township Ordinance 

Application Fee: $50.00 Per Solicitor

One month: $25.00 Per Month/Per Solicitor

Must be provided with the application in duplicate

2 x 2 Photo of head/shoulders (taken within last 6 months)

Fingerprint Cards

At least two references, for details see below or Ordinance 2021-2 page 3 #7   (the names of at least two reliable property owners of Bucks County, Pennsylvania who will certify as to the applicant's good character and business responsibility or, in lieu of the names of references, such other available evidence as to the good character and business responsibility of the applicant as will enable an investigator to properly evaluate such character and business responsibility.)
