Route 413 will be closed between Upper Mountain Road and Lower Mountain Road for PECO pole repair.  Traffic is being diverted at Route 263 and New Hope Road.  Drivers are asked to use an alternative route and to avoid the area.  Right now there is NO timetable for re-opening.
