Road Rage Incident on County Line Road and Manor Drive

Early this morning at approximately 0745hrs, the New Britain Township Police Department (NBTPD) responded to a road rage incident involving two males fighting in the middle of the roadway in the area of County Line Road and Manor Drive.

Upon arrival, officers found the two subjects struggling with each other over a machete. The individuals were separated, and one subject was immediately detained. The other subject sustained cuts to his temple and arm and was transported to Grandview Hospital for treatment by VMSC.

Montgomery Township PD assisted NBTPD at the scene. The incident was brought under control, and the scene was cleared by approximately 0830hrs.

The NBTPD is currently in the process of interviewing both subjects and witnesses to determine what charges will be filed. The investigation is ongoing. If anyone has information related to this incident, they are asked to contact NBTPD.

All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
