Officer(s) were dispatched to a Car v/s Pedestrian accident in the 1500 block of W. 9th Street. On arrival officer(s) found a pedestrian with non-life threatening injuries. The pedestrian was transported via EMS to Memorial Regional Health Emergency Center for evaluation. The driver of the vehicle was issued a summons for Careless Driving Causing Bodily Injury (CRS - 42-4-1402(2).
