On 05/31/22 at approximately 6:40pm, Officer(s) with the Craig Police Department responded to City Market, located at 505 W. Victory Way, in reference to the theft of a purse. On arrival officer(s) met with the complainant who states a female took her purse. The complainant confronted the female and took her picture. The female fled the scene but was contacted a short distance away. The female was taken into custody without incident on numerous charges.
