SJPD Officers responded to the Dollar General located at 1180 W. Cleveland Street in St. Johns, Arizona to assist the Apache County Sheriff's Office by looking for a vehicle that was stolen in Concho, Arizona. SJPD Officers arrived at Dollar General and located the vehicle. SJPD Officers observed Facio Lorenzo Lucero exit the store and walk towards the vehicle and attempt to retrieve an item from the vehicle. SJPD Officers contacted Facio, Facio told the Officers that he needed to go back in the store to pay for his items. Facio was arrested and transported to the Apache County Jail in St. Johns, Arizona. Facio was booked into the jail on the following charges: Unlawful Use of Means of Transportation, Theft of Means of Transportation and Possession of Narcotic Drugs. Case Disposition: Cleared by Adult Arrest.
