On August 11th, 2026 NLCRPD officers were dispatched to a reported theft in the 2300 block of Valley Road East Petersburg Borough, PA.  When officers spoke with the victim, it was reported that Ryan Charles Jarvis, a 47-year-old from East Petersburg, PA, stole 2 gold bars and later sold one for $3,400.  As a result of the incident Officers filed one count of theft by unlawful taking before MDJ Chudzik.
