The complexities with which NLCRPD officers are presented in their enforcement duties are often plagued with uncertainty.  Therefore training is a specific component of the learning process and allows for continuous development.  Training provides officers to be better prepared to act decisively and correctly in a broad spectrum of situations.  

Over this past summer officers received training in active shooter events, domestic related incidents, ground control techniques and firing from different locations.  We would like to say Thank You to Catalyst School, Ephrata Community Church and Warwick Ambulance for the use of their facilities.
