On August 29th, 2026 around 12:32 am NLCRPD officers observed a vehicle code violation in the 2800 block of Graystone Road East Petersburg, PA and conducted a stop on the vehicle.  Officers made contact with the driver, Susan C Bradley, a 63-year-old resident of Lititz, PA.  During the stop, officers observed fraudulent state inspection and emissions stickers.  As a result of the stop, officers charged Susan Bradley with possession of altered/forged documents and two summary traffic violations.  The charges were filed before MDJ Chudzik.
