On Friday, August 21st, 2026, around 5:05 p.m., NLCRPD Officers responded to a DUI in progress in the 300 block of Windmill Way, Warwick Township, PA.  Officers arrived and made contact with John Lislie Fullerton, a 65-year-old resident of Lititz, PA.  During contact with Fullerton, officers believed he may be under the influence and began a DUI investigation.  During the investigation, a breath sample was obtained showing a BAC of 0.167%.  As a result of the incident, two counts of DUI were filed before MDJ Stauffer.
