On July 14th, 2026, around 7:37 a.m., NLCRPD Officers ran a vehicle registration, which came back suspended.  Officers stopped a vehicle in the 700 block of Lancaster Road, Penn Township, PA, and identified the driver as Jennifer Lynn Clark, a 48-year-old from Manheim, PA.  During contact with Clark, officers observed signs of impairment and began a DUI investigation.  During the investigation, Jennifer Clark refused to submit to a blood test after being read the PA DL-26 form.  As a result of the investigation, one count of DUI and a summary violation were filed before MDJ Stauffer.  Additional sanctions may be applied by PennDOT for refusing the testing.
