On June 11, 2026, at approximately 2:10 a.m., Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department officers were monitoring traffic in the 900 block of Fruitville Pike, Penn Township, PA. During a routine traffic stop, officers identified the driver as 44-year-old Justin Paul Hays of Lancaster, PA, who was found to be operating a vehicle with a suspended license. A subsequent search of Hays revealed suspected methamphetamine and drug-related items. As a result, Hays was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving on a suspended license. The charges were filed with MDJ Stauffer.
