On May 31st, 2026, around 1:04 pm, NLCRPD received a call to the first block of Penn Valley Village, Penn Township, PA, for an initially reported sexual assault not in progress.  During the investigation, it was reported that 20-year-old Kiras Matthias Hollinger of Manheim, PA, struck the victim multiple times in the face, causing the victim to go in and out of consciousness.  It was determined that no sexual assault had occurred.  As a result of the investigation, Kiras Matthias Hollinger was charged with aggravated assault and simple assault.  The charges are before MDJ Stauffer.
