On May 30th, 2026 around 11:55 pm NLCRPD officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the 5100 block of Main Street East Petersburg, PA.  Officers made contact with the driver, who identified himself with a Mexico Passport as Victor Hugo Olivares a 45 year old male who currently resides in Lancaster, PA.  During contact with Olivares, Officers saw signs of impairment and began a DUI investigation, which showed a breath sample of 0.128% BAC.  As a result of the incident, Victor Olivares was charged with two counts of DUI and multiple summary violations.  The charges are before MDJ Chudzik.
