On May 29, 2026, at approximately 12:20 a.m., Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department officers responded to a report of a possible impaired driver. The described vehicle was subsequently located and stopped in the 2000 block of Main Street, Warwick Township, PA. Upon making contact with the driver, she was identified as Rochelle Patricia Zyniecki, a 36-year-old resident of Lititz, PA.  During contact with her, officers believed that she was under the influence and began a DUI investigation.  As a result of the traffic stop, Rochelle Zyniecki was charged with two DUI counts and a summary traffic violation, with the charges pending before MDJ Stauffer.
