Open Records: The Right to Know Law 

Any citizen of Pennsylvania has the right to examine and inspect any public record of a public agency under the authority of the Right to Know Law.

This includes the right, under reasonable rules and regulations, to make extracts, copies, photographs under supervision of the custodian of the record.

Public agencies may establish reasonable fees for making copies or for the research of records.
