On July 10, 2025, at 11:00 p.m. an officer from the Stroud Area Regional Police observed Lucy Ann Morris standing outside the Walmart in East Stroudsburg.  Upon running a records check found that Morris had an outstanding bench warrant in Monroe County and in Northampton County.  Morris was taken into custody.  A search incident to arrest located narcotics and paraphernalia in her purse.  Morris was transported to the Monroe County Correctional Facility on both warrants.  

New charges were filed and a bench warrant was issued for Lucy Ann Morris for failure to appear for court.
