As summer winds down and the school year begins, we all know what that means more cars on the road and slower commutes.
Back-to-school traffic is officially back, and it’s about to get real!
This week, two more schools are welcoming students back to campus, which means you can expect heavier traffic around:
E. Quincy Ave.
S. University Blvd.
S. Colorado Blvd.
If your daily route takes you near these areas, be sure to plan extra time into your schedule. A little preparation can go a long way in reducing stress during the morning and afternoon rush.
At Cherry Hills Village PD, we’re all doing our part to keep traffic moving smoothly by monitoring traffic patterns and responding with officers to direct traffic. With a little patience and planning, we can help keep our community safe.
To the students, teachers, and families—we wish you a safe, successful, and inspiring school year ahead!
