The Craig Police Department would like to alert residents to be cautious of spam phone calls from 719-512-1924, and possibly other phone numbers, claiming to be from law enforcement.

These fraudulent calls are attempting to solicit donations from unsuspecting individuals. Please be aware that our department will never request donations, especially over the phone, and any such calls are likely scams. If you receive a call from this number or any other phone numbers posing as law enforcement requesting donations, do not provide any personal information or send any money. Instead, hang up and block the caller. Remember to always verify the authenticity of calls claiming to be from law enforcement before taking any action.
